Nurses in Ohio, Kentucky, or Indiana with pending Nursing Board cases or issues (forthcoming investigation, received a Notice of Complaint or Potential Violation Report, pending investigation, proposed Agreed Order or Consent Agreement, Notice of Opportunity for a Hearing, Formal Complaint, pending Hearing, disciplinary monitoring, etc.) can schedule a 15 minute telephone appt. with Ms. Wright at no cost.
